Quality Policy

The Board of Directors of the Romar Global Care Group (RGC), composed of the company QUIMI ROMAR, S.L., the company AGRADO COSMETICS CARE 3000 S.L., and the company ENVASADO XIOMARA S.L., maintains a Quality Management System (QMS) based on the Company’s Quality Policy that considers the social, economic, and environmental context, as well as the stakeholders related to our activity (environment, workers, competition…) and generates confidence, both to our Customers and internally, that the Company has the capacity to design and supply compliant products that achieve Customer satisfaction, expanding the Company’s markets.

The Board of Directors of the RGC Group, as the highest authority responsible for the application of the Quality Policy, is committed to supporting the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System to achieve continuous improvement, and to comply with and enforce compliance at all levels of the Company with the responsibilities and activities assigned in the QMS documentation.

The Company’s Management, through its President, assumes responsibility for compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (BPF-GMP Good Manufacturing Practices) and is committed to providing all available resources to achieve these objectives; this requires the participation and commitment of all company personnel as well as visiting staff.

The Quality Policy of the RGC Group is based on:

  • Designing, establishing, and maintaining a Quality System adapted to our activities and the nature of personal hygiene, cleaning, and insecticide products, particularly in the cosmetic lines that meet the needs and expectations of customers, with the best possible technology.
  • Complying with applicable legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensuring that raw material suppliers meet quality, price, and service expectations.
  • Delivering products at competitive prices and within an appropriate timeframe, achieving and maintaining a reputation for quality with good service and price.
  • Fostering an innovative spirit supported by a continuous training plan.
  • Product defense: Prevention of intentional adulteration.

The ultimate goal of the RGC Group is to achieve a prominent place in the market and for our customers to benefit from the improvements obtained from the proper implementation of the Quality Management System and compliance with GMP. Likewise, it is committed to informing its customers as soon as possible of any issues related to product safety or legality, including deviations and non-conformities identified by competent authorities.

The different physical, chemical, and microbiological risks have been considered in the HACCP study, as well as all product safety aspects. In this way, the RGC Group guarantees the safety and innocuousness of its products placed on the market, providing itself with the technical and human resources to ensure the sanitary suitability of its products and the requirements specified by customers and consumers. In this sense, the necessary means will be provided to address any aspect required by regulations and customers, contributing to the continuous improvement of the company and its offered products and services. The aim is for process improvement and management to be sustainable and respectful of the environment and the social environment in which the company operates, assuming its environmental, ethical, and labor responsibilities in its development.

The Management of the RGC Group wishes to convey the importance of proper understanding, implementation, and updating of this policy at all levels of the company and is committed to providing the appropriate resources for its development and implementation, as well as monitoring its effectiveness.
